A non refundable deposit of $30 is required to book an appoinment, this deposit will be credited towards your service.

No Deposit, No appointment, No exceptions.

Weekends:

WEEKENDS BOOK FIRST. If you are trying to secure a Saturday appointment please plan at least 30 days in advance as these slots fill fast.

Additionally as a full time parent there is a 90% chance my 2 children will be present for your weekend appointment.

A 15-20 minute courtesy period is granted, we understand that life happens, please communicate if you are behind scedule so that we can be aware of your ETA.

If you are a No CAll/ No Show Client an additonal $40 will be charged to your account for the inconvenice, consequently you may be blocked from future bookings.

Braiding Hair is provided and included in the price of the service. You will select you color of choice upon booking.

PLEASE have your natural hair washed (shampooed) and blow-dried/ stretched / detangled BEFORE your appointment.

Please, no buildup should be present in your hair prior to styling.

Hair should not be flaking from products or scalp conditions.

If you show up to your appointment with tangled/ un-stretched hair. Blow- Drying WILL be added to your style at an additional charge of $10.

Please no extra guests.

Only the client being serviced should be present.

Children may have one parent present due to seating limitations.
